External Referral Bonus Program

The External Referral Bonus Program strives to attract, employ, and retain talent from an extended range of professional and interpersonal networks. We value and appreciate anyone from outside the organization who can help our team grow.

In exchange for a successful referral, we want to say thank you by providing a one-time $2,500 (gross) payment. Help a friend, family member, or colleague build their career, and get rewarded in just four easy steps:

  1. Visit our Job Opportunity Portal to view all open positions.
  2. Read and accept the program's Eligibility, Policies, Terms, & Conditions. This is a required step in order to complete the referral process.
  3. You will then be prompted to email your contact information and how you know the candidate as well as the candidate’s name, phone number, email address, resume, and the specific job requisition. Whether your referral of a candidate qualifies you for a referral bonus will be determined solely at the discretion of Riverside Research.
  4. If your referral is hired and remains with the company for 90 days, then Riverside Research will pay you the referral bonus, net of required withholding taxes.
