Tim Waltz leads a $35M+ portfolio of technical services and solutions to the Defense and Intelligence Communities (IC) in both the R&D and Mission Support arenas.

Tim has over 20 years of leadership, engineering, and management experience across a broad range of customers and technical domains. He has worked onsite contractor leadership roles within the Intelligence Community (IC) at National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). In addition, he has led research efforts at Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and across the IC.

Intelligence disciplines such as Imagery derived MASINT/Advanced Geospatial Intelligence, MASINT, SIGINT, Identity Intelligence and All-Source Intelligence are part of Tim’s background. And his prior experience includes roles at ERIM, Applied Systems Research, CACI, BAE Systems and SRI International.

Tim holds a master’s degree in systems engineering from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in aviation from Concordia University. Tim also served in the United States Navy where he flew multiple types of aircraft, including single engine turboprop, multi-engine turboprop, and single engine jet aircraft. Additionally, Tim is an adjunct professor of strategic intelligence at the Patrick Henry College, Purcellville, VA.
